All fields must be filled in in order for the prayer request form to work. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, and/ or have only the pastor and/or prayer group view the prayer request, please type in something like "N/A" or "anonymous" on the lines for name and email. In the line for prayer title, you could specify "Pastor only", or "Pastor & Prayer Chain only".
